For one of our clients, who is also a Leading APAC based Electronics and Automation Company, we have designed and developed a platform to log and track primary, secondary, and tertiary sales data in the supply chain process. This platform also provides insights based on the sales data leveraging data analytics.


Key Features of the Platform


Onboarding: The solution provides simplified registration processes for dealers, distributors, and electricians. These are then seamlessly integrated into a unified platform. This ensures swift assimilation into the client's sales network.


Sales management: From primary sales between manufacturers and distributors to secondary sales from distributors to dealers, and finally tertiary sales from dealers to customers, the application facilitates every step of the sales journey. Real-time tracking facilitates agile management and optimization of sales processes, empowering stakeholders to respond promptly to changing market dynamics.


Financial Transactions : The Channel Partner Application that we developed not only calculates sales incentives and bonuses but also facilitates secure payment transactions through UPI or Pine Labs, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.


Reporting and Analytics: Data-driven insights are at the core of effective sales management. The application provides robust reporting and analytics features, allowing stakeholders to track sales performance, monitor inventory levels, and generate comprehensive reports. Distributors can delve into granular dealer-level performance metrics, facilitating targeted interventions and strategic decision-making.


Inventory management: Efficient inventory management is essential for minimizing stockouts and maximizing sales. The application enables real-time tracking of all inventories sold through the platform, ensuring optimal stock levels at all times.


Network framework: Managing distributor and dealer networks is simplified with the Channel Partner Application. The platform provides tools for effective network management, fostering collaboration and synergy among stakeholders. For service and maintenance needs, the application also offers seamless electrician registration and tracking. This feature ensures prompt and reliable support for customers, enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty.


Challenges


Due to the complex sales ecosystem, we went through few challenges while developing this Channel Partner Application. Key challenges included third-party library integration and stability issues, customizing features like QR code scanning, state management in Flutter for seamless app navigation, and supporting various QR code encoding patterns. However, with strong experience & expertise in the latest cutting-edge technologies and through innovative intelligence we were able to resolve these issues successfully, resulting in the development of a robust and user-friendly platform.


We are currently working on updating the platform where the application can be controlled by admin portal easily and can be handled based on region to region or the product and its pricing factor. By streamlining the sales journey, incentivizing performance, and providing valuable insights, this comprehensive solution empowers stakeholders across the distribution network to ease their workflow.
