Job Description:

Qualify new dataplane components initially, leading to larger data plane projects on our UPFover time.
Integrate and verify the Icelake processor for our UPF. Leverage and run functional and performance regression tests.
Integrate and verify the Melanox ConnectX4 NIC for our Bare Metal UPF. Leverage and run functional and performance regression tests.
Integrate and verify the Melanox ConnectX6 NIC for our Bare Metal UPF. Leverage and run functional and performance regression tests.
Greatly improve UPF performance by offloading data plane processing to anIntel smart NIC.

Skills:

Understanding of data plane networking and drivers including VFs, DPDK, and VPP.
C++ programming experience
